I'm ready for winter to be over too. I take it from your last comment you didn't get anything for your portfolio. Sorry that didn't work out for you. I know what it's like not getting/qualifying for any money scholarships etc. The system is flawed, but that's a whole different debate. I was hoping you would come to Milwaukee, but hope you enjoy Fondy a little longer.
ReplyDeleteI've been trying to call you to see if you wanted to come down to Milwaukee on March 28th since we never did anything over Christmas. Styx is doing a concert after the Admiral's game and I was planning on using my pass to go back stage for it. Thought you might be interested to go and get some pictures of a band close up. Check out my Facebook for pics I got for the Phil Vassar concert after a previous game. The quality is kinda crappy as my camera isn't too great though.
Once upon a time you had mentioned possibly making something for me. I have another artsy friend that does some religious pieces sometimes. So, in the sermon from this past weekend the pastor mentioned the verse “If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast”(Psalm 139:8-10). So I was wondering if you would be able to make some sort of poster tyoe thing with pictures and that verse to put above my desk.
